For the past two years, Weyauwega Arts has produced a calendar featuring all original artwork created in the class. The last two years featured watercolors but this year we will be working with mulit-media collages featuring historic Wisconsin landmarks. This program has been generously sponsored by M&I Bank. This class is recommended for kids in 3rd thru 8th grade.

Film Workshop

dd

One of Weyauwega Arts main focuses is Film. Last year we made the film "Getting to the Bottom of Lake Weyauwega". This film was made with a group of local kids who helped to research and film the project. The film will soon be available on this website as well as at local libraries. This film was made possible with a generous grant from the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. The film demonstrates the problems with Lake Weyauwega and follows Bob van Epps and the Lake Conservation group as they try to find solutions.

We are planning a new film project for 2010. Anyone with interest in filmmaking should contact us to find out more about our upcoming project.
